It would seem that a few riders have wasted no time in recruiting candidates into Ista's barracks! Shortly after Miraneith's clutching (and the subsequent debacle between a gold-, bronze-, and brownrider), S'gam and F'yr could be spied lingering around the Hatching Grounds exit, dragons on standby as if they were waiting for someone… or some/ones/!
Unsuspecting of the plot that was being hatched (pun fully intended), twins Lotrien and Tigon were quickly ushered over by the pair of riders and congratulated for their dedication to their fellow weyrbrats and the reputation of their weyr. No sooner did Tigon state that he was gonna stand up and show that "Ista has the /best/ riders ever" did S'gam and Ittisieth take him up on the challenge by offering him a white candidate's knot. F'yr and Zaruath likewise determined that Lotrien should have the chance to prove himself, and a few moments and a second knot later, the twins were ushered off to the candidate's barracks to settle in for what will soon be a whirlwind ride!
