Many have noticed the tall young man who was left along with other Sea Traders from the Sallen Fleet. Concerned with the Fleet's safety when they were a month or two past the original scheduled return date, Jakkal has left Ista with the Fleet after its most recent visit to the Weyr. His mare, Amber, has been left in the Stables, Marks paid for several months of care in his absence.
