More Mysteries In The Caverns

The ghost smells in Ista Weyr have not subsided at all, and yet many have simply disregarded it and blamed it on the riders that are returning from drills and duties smelling like firestone and ash. With the dry season in Ista, it is important for the dragons to help Holders with clearing land and preventing forest fires with their own flame, the perfect excuse to explain away the strange smells that linger in the tunnels. However, it cannot explain away the new complaints that are starting to arise from the small Weyr.

Many that spend longer time in the caverns of the Weyr, even visitors spending a night, have come down with headaches and dizzy spells. The infirmary is finding more cases of people coming in with the same symptoms that the Weyr has asked for crafters to come down, from several halls, to check to see where the source is coming from. Will it get any worse before they can find a solution? Will the poor Healers always be busy with sickly patients? And why is no one paying attention to the little tremors felt here and there around Ista?
