Everyone's Invited!

While times are a little rough for Ista Weyr, forming bonds with other Weyrs, Holds, and Crafts is very important. Which is why Ysa would like to encourage Istan residents to attend the Healer Craft's Promotion Dinner. Residents can easily find rides there with dragonriders heading in that direction (or to the dinner). The Weyrwoman has also had chores and duties lightened to give the opportunity to attend. Who would want to miss a good party, anyway?
