Description
A tumble of mild curls, Erne's dark hair spills down to well past her shoulders from a tidy part down the middle. She possesses a pair of large, expressive olive green eyes with short, thick fringe of lashes and thick eyebrows; her left eye is speckled with gold around the pupil. Her nose is straight and patrician, her mouth is full and her complexion is smooth save for a subtle smatter of spottiness on her forehead that she conceals under her makeup. She stands a bit taller than most women at 5'9" and seems to be composed mainly of the long stretch of her legs. There's hardly any curve at all in her shape but neither is she a complete beanpole, rather she's found that happy middle that most women would probably kill for. Her voice is a little deep for a girl's, but smooth and emotive. She always smells of light florals.
Slinky skirts or dresses and sleeveless shirts in pretty pastel colors contribute to her style. A new addition is the Candidate knot on her shoulder.
History
Born and raised at Ista Weyr, Erne is the product of a flight and knows neither of her parents but gets on quite famously with her foster family and the rest of the Weyr. It takes a village.
She is a studious girl, attentive to learning and to quiet hobbies. She keeps a tight circle of friends and lunches with them often and assists the headwoman's staff with administrative tasks that suit her liking.

Firelizards

Seen at first as merely a shadow, a trick of the light, this dark firelizard has a furtive air about him. One shade removed from pure black, the brown of this firelizard appears to suck in all light in the room, making everything appear dimmer. Ebony talons a trifle too long to be normal extend from coal-black paws, the darkness seeping upwards like a deep, dense smoke to grasp fitfully around muscular limbs. It lightens to a mere dark chocolate color on the wings, although the darkness returns to establish a chokehold on the neck and tail, claiming this firelizard in the name of Darkness.
Duck!
Sleekness is the order of the day, and this green firelizard fits the bill nicely… More or less. It is true that her hide glistens as though wet, and is silky smooth to the touch. Her features carry this onwards, flowing almost seamlessly into one another, but she is carrying a little extra weight around the gut region, and her muzzle is hardly the most aerodynamic, being so flat and wide, as is her glossy green tail. Even her paws are a little odd, they appear to be webbed, and her talons are a little longish, perhaps.
