There is no announcement posted, no special fanfare or celebration. Just an odd collection of beribboned stakes that have suddenly appeared at the head of a path behind the stables. After the initial cluster, three short posts stuck in the ground on either side, there are spaced at regular intervals along the path, two-by-two, more small posts. Just far enough apart to draw the eye to the next, and the next, though after the initial six, there're no ribbons, just white-painted tips.
Those with curious feet who follow the path will find that it leads along the line of the corral fence, leading back along the plateau some modest distance away from the Weyr proper. And at the end? A garden! But not just any old herb patch, this garden is set up with the intent of being a delightful, relaxing retreat for Istans and their visitors, a pleasant place to have a picnic or go wandering with a sweetheart. There's even a bench swing!
